On Wednesday the 24th of January, Zach, Gracie and Gemma were invited to read with Waypoints at Upton Library with Mrs Sissons. When we arrived, we chose one book for us all to read - we decided to choose a Michael Morpurgo book. After reading a little bit each, a lady who worked at Waypoints, shared her own book and some things that people at Waypoints used. My personal favourite was ‘The Fiddle Mitt’ (a sort of sewn sock that had holes either end and buttons and all sorts of things you can fiddle with inside). After a while of chatting with the folks from Waypoints, it was time to go back to school.
We had a great time at Upton library. It was so fun!
