Brownsea
Our House Competition is a vibrant, exciting aspect of school life. All children are assigned a House (Lulworth, Corfe or Brownsea) House Points are awarded for many things including good work, cooperation and positive behaviour. Children and their parents are able to track their individual House Point totals but also contribute to a wider sense of team spirit. One of the biggest house events of the year is our annual sports day. Children are presented with certificates as their House Points increase. On achieving 50 and thereafter multiples of 100 team points, children are invited to come to school in non-school uniform as recognition of this achievement. Pupils enjoy a weekly celebration to see which house has gained the most house points. The house captains relish the moment they get to lift the house cup in front of the whole school to celebrate!
Enjoy finding out about the history of each house. Below are links to information and history of Brownsea.
